The health of individuals vary. For the month of February, we are doing a ‘scientific’ experiment to measure.
Hypothesis:
Physical fitness and recuperation time will be accelerated by eating an all Vegetable Diet.

Method:
- Month of February
- Only vegetable meals
- Meals will vary in nutritional micro/macro-nutrients
- Meals will consist of high vegan proteins
- No Alcohol or other
Over the next 28 days we will log all food and beverages consumed. The duration of time
